My Upcoming Teleconference on Freelance Writing for College Textbook Publishers for Text and Academic Authors Association Members

by John Soares on December 13, 2010

I’m presenting a teleconference on “How to Be a Successful Freelance Writer for College Textbook Publishers”  tomorrow, Tuesday, December 14th, 2010, at noon eastern.

The catch? You have to be a member of the Text and Academic Authors Association to listen in. If you’re already a member, you’ve been getting the e-mails and you know what to do.

If you’re not a member, consider joining if you are serious about creating supplements and ancillaries, or if you are a college instructor who has written a textbook or is planning to do so in the future.

Everybody else? You can get most of the same information for free in my recent podcast interview on freelance writing for college textbook publishers. Have a look in the right sidebar to find the downloadable link or to listen right now online, or head to this specific post.

Like this post? Then please help me out and share it on Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, Facebook, and elsewhere. And don't miss any Writing College Textbook Supplements posts: subscribe by e-mail or subscribe by RSS.

I really enjoyed the teleconference. Kim Pawlak of the Text and Academic Authors Association did a great job of making the entire process run smoothly.

We had some really good questions, and we were fortunate to have Elsa Peterson on the call to share the editor’s perspective on writing textbook supplements during the Q and A.
